Refund policy

We hope you love the products you've ordered from us. However, if your products arrive damaged or if you change your mind for whatever reason, we can accept a return provided it's in the original packaging, unopened and unused, within 14 days of receipt. Please email info@propagoodstuff.co.uk for the return address and state the order number in the email subject. Please send your returns using a tracked delivery service too. 

Gift Sets:

Please note that if the item you wish to return was purchased as part of a gift set, the complete set must be returned unopened and unused, in order to be eligible for a refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used, sale items or gift cards.
